We always enjoy our stays at this hotel! The location is superb, situated in a glamorous area just a short metro ride away from the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate any request. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious beds that ensure a restful night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner room is a lovely space, and the food is delicious.

Here we were right by few of our favorite spots such as mole antonelliana. Perfect for city trip. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

The room here was spacious, quiet, and had a comfy bed, and I could park my car conveniently right under the hotel; overall, the services provided were top-notch.

WiiFii is missing in the room and for his category it should have internet free. Prking is very good, maybe it could be free of charge (when compared to similar hotel in Europe)

Clean and tidy room and bathroom, nice design. Personel at check desk very polite and helpfull. Very good service in hotel restaurant. Quite a lot choices at breakfast ( and tasty !!!). The only thing I would like to improve is to add a small piece of furniture with closed compartment as drawer etc. to keep small stuff hidden - not just on a table-top (a wardrobe or a room safe is not a convenient place to put mobile phone charger or camera manual etc.). It would be nice to have an internet access included, even as an higher price option.

I especially appreciated the spotless bathroom, which was equipped with thoughtful accessibility features for wheelchair users like myself. The lowered sink, roll-in shower, and grab rails made my stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with a metro station right across the road, providing easy access to the center of Turin.

Pamala. who worked the front desk. was by far the most friendly and helpful person we met on our eight days in Italy.

The staff are very professional, managed the parking under the hotel. Excellent service and the food is good!
